What We Do

The East County Family Justice Center (ECFJC) and its partner organizations provide a gateway to safety, healing, and self-reliance for victims of domestic violence, and a parallel pathway to positive change for aggressors,

The ECFJC serves as the heart of a comprehensive service delivery system that is inclusive and multi-cultural. Together, ECFJC partners deliver comprehensive services from a network of community based resources coordinated through one location. We are the vanguard of primary prevention efforts aimed at resilient families and responsive communities where domestic violence has no home.

Our Mission

Ensuring the safety and healing of domestic violence victims through easily accessible , coordinated and comprehensive services; addressing the accountability and capacity for change in aggressors' lives through coordinated, concurrent services and effecting authentic change through a commitment to primary prevention in East County communities.

Our Vision

Together we will create a culture of awareness, advocacy, and informed action to: ensure the safety and healing of lives touched by violence; and to engage East County communities in collaborative violence prevention.

East County Family Justice Center will:

  • Become a center for family peace and healing;
  • Proveide comprehensive, science-based violence intervention services;
  • Provide coordinated services for aggressors;
  • Facilitate prevention education and outreach through an environmental model;
  • Foster meaningful community volunteer training and experience;
